1. Agreement to Services
  By scheduling or receiving services from Earthbound PHC, you agree to these Terms of Service.  These terms apply to all plant health care services, consultations, treatments, and site visits performed by Earthbound PHC.

2. Scope of Services                     
   Earthbound PHC provides plant health care services including, but not limited to:                              
      - Trunk Injections                   
      - Soil Drenches                     
      - Mechanical Nest Extractions    
      - Pest and Disease Treatments   
      - Diagnostic Visits

 Service recommendations are based on professional training, field assessment, and industry standards.  Results may vary depending on environmental conditions, prior tree health, and factors outside our control.

3. Sceduling & Site Access              
   Clients agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the treatment area.  If access is blocked or unsafe, Earthbound PHC may reschedule or decline service.

4. Estimates and Pricing                 
   All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.  Pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was described or if additional issues are discovered during inspection.

5. Payment Terms                       
   Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Accepted payment methods include:                          
      - Cash - Card - Digital Invoice     
   Late payments may incure fees.  Earthbound PHC retains the right to pause future services until outstanding balances are resolved.

6. Safety and Liability                   
   Earthbound PHC follows all Indiana state pesticide laws and safety regulations.  Clients agreee to follow all posted or verbal safety instructions, including temporary restrictions on yard access during or after treatments.

   Earthbound PHC is not liable for:    
      - pre-existing tree decline         
      - Damaged caused by storms,    
        drought, pests, or               
        environmental conditions         
      - hidden structural defects in     
        trees or soil

7. Guarantees and Limitations           
   Plant Health Care is not the same as tree removal or structural correction.  Earthbound PHC does NOT guarantee:                           
      - survival of trees with           
        advanced decline                  
      - outcomes affected by          
        weather, soil conditions, or      
        client aftercare                  
      - results when recommended     
        follow-up treatments are        
        declined                           
   We do guarantee that all work is performed professionally, safely, and according to industry standards.

8. Client Responsibilities                  
   Clients agree to:                        
      - water trees as recommended.        
   - follow aftercare instructions        
   - notify Earthbound PHC of any      
     concerns within a reasonable      
     timeframe                            
   Failure to follow aftercare may affect treatment outcomes.

9. Use of Photos & Documentation     
   Earthbound PHC may document site conditions, tree health, or treatment results with photos for record keeping.  Photos will NOT be used publicly without client permission.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling          
   We understand life happens.  Clients may reschedule with reasonable notice.  Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

11. Changes to Terms                     
  Earthbound PHC may update these Terms of Service at any time.  The most current version will always be posted on our website.
